Brad Hindes, President bhindes@ibshvac.com	Brad Hindes has been in the HVAC industry for 27 years. He graduated from Texas Tech with a Mechanical Engineering degree. His background has given him a great degree of understanding in applied equipment and controls as well as a very good understanding of unitary equipment. Brad was fortunate to have worked as a design engineer and a mechanical contractor in his earlier years in the HVAC industry. He has been involved in the manufacturers representative & wholesale business for over 20 years. Most engineers will enjoy and appreciate his engineering background and his excellent understanding of systems.

Duro Watt, Sales Prinicpal I.C. dwatt@ibshvac.com	Duro has over 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He was a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local #359 for 12 years with J.B. Rodgers/Kinetics. While there he worked his way up from apprentice, field foreman and shop foreman for the fiberglass shop. In addition, he was an instructor for the first year apprentice class. He worked on many notable projects such as Intel, Motorola, GE and Micro-Rel. Duro has been in the HVAC rep business since 1992 and brings IBSHVAC a wealth of product knowledge and field experience.

Bill Atteberry, Sales / Las Vegas I.C. batteberry@ibshvac.com	Bill has over 24 years of experience in the HVAC industry in Las Vegas and Reno, NV. He got his start in the Business early in his career working as a contractor with Day & Night Heating and Air Conditioning in the Las Vegas area. Bill has been in the HVAC rep business since 1997 and brings IBSHVAC a wealth of product knowledge and field experience.

Kent Flaherty, Outside Sales I.C. kflaherty@ibshvac.com	Kent has over 30 years experience as an outside sales engineer in the HVAC Industry and as a project manager/estimator for a sheet metal contractor. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio State University, an associate degree in HVAC Components and Systems from Columbus Technical Institute, and, has completed multiple manufacture training courses. Kent's primary focus will be to continue calling on mechanical contractors, engineers, end users, and, architects. Kent enjoys roller blading, golf, hiking, biking, working out/racquetball, swimming with his pets and wife, doing Sudoku puzzels, and, instructing snowboarding at Sunrise Ski Resort in the winter.

Geoff Whitright, Inside Support gwhitright@ibshvac.com	Geoff comes to IBSHVAC to help support the inside sales. He is responsible for takeoff and supporting the outside sales engineers.
